The easy way... switch of notification: Plesk Panel > Tools & Settings > Notifications > Let's Encrypt certificates auto-renewal failure (customer's digest)
or consider to use the forum / KB search and get the issue fixed like this one: Let's Encrypt notifications contain instead of certificate names
