Disable the Button "Domaintemplates" in User Accouts

Hi community,

well the title says all. I am new in Plesk but i really cant find the option to disable the Button "Domaintemplates" in the user accoutns.

So the users are able to configer them .. what i dont want.

can someone help a noob like me ?
