disabled domain disabling when quota reached

New Pleskian
Hi,

my company owns a Windows Server 2008 with Plesk 9.0 and this weekend, one of our customers reached his maximum ftp quota, so the system disabled the domain.
I'd like to know if this can be configured, so if a user exceeds for any reason his ftp quota, just warn about it, but the system should not disable the domain because this way, the website cannot be accesed and a plesk page information appears when trying to acces the website.

thank you!!

Look at Overuse policy for client or for domain. More details in Administration Guide.

But I cannot specify there that what I want is just disabled ftp uploadings until the user uses less than his maximum quota.
The only options I see in that page are:
- Do not allow quota exceeded (the current one)
- Allow user to upload file overusing his quota.

I would need to join both approaches: do not allow but don't disable the site.
