Resolved Disabling Modsec rule not working

We've tried disabling a Modsecurity rule both ways as per the knowledge base but it keep triggering. Any ideas?

You can simply use the Plesk Interface to add these IDs to be ignored for this Subscription via "Web Application Firewall" in the subscription.
