Disk quota exceeded, files uploaded 0KB

Hello everyone,

I've replaced my old Plesk 7.5 server with a new server with Plesk 8.0. However, when uploading files with a FTP client to a domain which quota is exceeded, all files are getting filesize 0kb . It's very annoying, since we receive no notice about it at all.

Can anyone tell me how to change this settings on our server? I just want to upload all files and be noticed when the quota is exceeded, not changing the files to 0kb.

Check both Hard Disk quota --from setup and Disk space --from limits

I'm having the exact same problem. In limits as well as under setup, I have i.e. 100 MB and the client is only using 25 MB and is getting a disk quota exceeded warning.

Did someone fix this issue?

Hi there, changing the limits is not the thing I want: with hunderds of websites we manage and update, it is possible we forgot to change one limit and the site is then replaced bij 0kb files.

No one with a good idea!?
