From 10 Days Ago When I Create Any Subscription And Cutomer Disk Space Usage Just Show: 0 B used of ...MB
About 10 Days it doess not changed and still show 0 B used of ...MB

I Use Plesk 11.0.9 Update #62 For Windows

What Is Problem ?

I Have Licensed Plesk , Can i Submit Support Ticket ?


I Run This Command For a Domain : C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\bin>statistics.exe --disk-usage --p
rocess-domains=0098mobile.com

I Get This Error :

Access is denied. (Error code 5) at Create mutex with name 'Global\PleskStatisti
csBusinessLock'
