please use:

apt-get clean
apt-get update​

Such issues/failures may appear from time to time and it is nothing to worry about. If the issue/failure still appears, please be aware that Odin might have changed several files, but the CDN(s) might not yet being fully synchronized. Consider to use the commands a bit later again.

BTW, Debian 9 is not officially supported by Plesk - http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP12/plesk-12.5-for-linux-installation-upgrade-info.html#1

it's debian 8 not 9 i pressed the wrong key by accident but first noticed later.

Usually, the support of the new OS version does not take us much time. I think that a month is the longest period in case of detection of any difficulties.
Support for dist-update depends on how smoothly it is implemented by the OS vendor

is there any Manual to follow a Debian 8 to 9 dist Upgrade? AS the Onyx Docs only shows up 7 to 8 ...
Any Information would be awesome!
Besides, do you recommend to upgrade to Debian 9 with actually Plesk 17.5.x running?

This is due to the fact, that Debain 9 is not ( yet ) officially supported by Plesk, as you may have read at :

=> Software Requirements for Plesk
and
=> Does Plesk Onyx support Debian 9?​
