PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Hi there,

I like to submit you a very recurring (and depressing) problem with the emails.

My config looks good (DKIM=pass, SPF=pass, DMARC=pass HELO to IP: pass) for all of my websites hosted on the same server.

But it falls in the Spam for Gmail and Microsoft (live, hotmail, outlook...).

Some times delivery times are slow (more than 5 min), and is rare cases it's undelivered (less than 1% of the case).

If someone can help it could be very great... I guess that a lot of plesk users could be interested by this topics ​

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Send a email in php or with the webmail​

ACTUAL RESULT:

spam with Gmail and Microsoft (live, hotmail, outlook...)​

EXPECTED RESULT:

mail in the inbox not in the spam (especially Gmail and Microsoft)​

Thank's for your answer Igor. What do you mean by email host? Do you need the ip of the main server?

You say that there are problems with mail delivery. We need to at least know from which host to check your SPF records, etc. Perhaps the host is listed in spam databases.

BTW, note that Ubuntu 14 is EOL'ed

Really, all records is valid.
Please provide source data one of emails which gets into Gmail spam from present domain.
In order to do this it is necessary to open letter, click "More" button, then "Download message".

I guess it's a server problem because I can't add an email adress on thunderbird or outlook, but it works with Horde (in the spam but gmail or live but works)

Anymway it turns out that I have to turn on SMTP Authentication... I think it is set up on my admin panel but it doesn't seem to be recognize by spamhaus.org... any idea?
