DNN component won't install

Hi all,

We're on Plesk 7.5.6 and have upgraded .NET to version 2. One of our customers is unable to install the DNN component to his domain. Here is the error message he is seeing.

The site application requires the resources, which are not currently available.

Required: Microsoft .NET Framework
Description: The ASP.NET is required for installing Microsoft DotNetNuke
Value: 1.0 and above
Available: 2.0

Has anyone seen this or have any ideas on how to correct the problem?

I went down another path and attempted to install the DNN 4 version within the site applications on Plesk without success.

Apparently the ability to add site applications has been a problem for some time.

The clients will have to install it themselves to use the app.
