DNS and SOA on Plesk

Hi.
Using plesk for win - 7.5.6

I want to setup my own nameservers.
Does anyone know how to edit the SOA record? I cant find anything in plesk.

Also wonder if plesk is the right tool to manage setup/ nameservers easily. Other suggestions?

If you want to set up your own DNS servers you should configure them at Server DNS.
After that every new domain will have this settings.
But also you can configure dns_recs and dns_recs_t tables in Plesk's database.
