DNS configuration for emails

Hello,

I need to add a domain into plesk but just for the webpage, the e-mail service will be done with another server.

I've to change the MX record in DNS to be pointed to the email server's ip, but, when I send an email (with an account existed in plesk) for that domain, the qmail don't send the email

what should be the proper DNS configuration for this to work?
