dns configuration

My server runs rhn3 and plesk. my main dns is ns1.sobehost.net and ns2.sobehost.net.
I would like to run another dns on the same machine: ns1.mojsplet.net and ns2.mojsplet.net and put several domains using these one. Can this be made? How should I configure everything in order to use both names on 1 server?
