Resolved DNS dont work ( respond )

Hello...
Today, i make a new install with plesk 17.8.11 Up 2

But when i finish config all and, add the main domain. if i try test with a ping dont respond.

I try plesk fix using this command: plesk repair all -y

but do not work fine. i try remove and re-add the domain, but dont work too.

I have the "same install" in another server and works normally, but is plesk 17.5

and i try install the new server with plesk 17.5, but when finish the plesk no open in browser.


So, how to fix this ?

Did you buy a domain? Did you configure domain name servers for the domain on registrar's side?

In registrar the new domain com with a generic DNSSEC...
