Issue DNS problem with IDN-Domain

Hi everyone,

a customer has a domain including the word "fußballschuhe".
The Problem ist, that the system changes it to "fussballschuhe" for the Bind-Record which isn't the same thing of course.
Is that a bug or how do I workaround?

Did you create the webspace for the domain name with the domain name in IDN code? i.e. for fußballschuhe it'll be xn--fuballschuhe-m9a. See IDN Converter, Converts IDN Code or Punycode to ACE Code for conversion

Can you please share what OS you are using? Are you creating the domain using Plesk UI or CLI?

Hi. Thank you for your replies.

We never created the IDN domains with punnycode and it always worked.I couldn't find an information telling me to do so.

Domains are created through the UI by a reseller.
