DNS problem with one website

We got a website that started to experience DNS problems

I cant ping the site when im logged into the console at all. I cant ping it from other networks.

I get a failure when doing nslookup and dig.

The site is loaded into the plesk and is running.

I looked at the zone file and it looks good. I am at a loss as to whats going on here?

ANyone have any suggestions for me....I would really appreciate it.
