DNS Problems

Dear Sir,

I locate my server in Turkey, which has Plesk 9.3 with Power pack on Windows 2003.I have problem about DNS settings, I have 8 ip addresses. I introduced all ip addresses. but some time all web sites work some times doesnt works.I read lots of article on web about BIND DNS Server 9.4.2, some of them wrote that its about BIND DNS server. Do you have complaion about BIND DNS Server? or is there any special settings to set BIND DNS Server?
(especially Turkey biggest ISP TurkTelekom users cant access via internet. Turktelekom have 2 DNS number, 195.175.39.39 and 195.175.39.40. These are automatically taken by Adsl modems. so lots of internet users cant access my server and web sites.)

Please help my, how to solve this problem? Is there any special settings or may I add Turk Telekom Dns addresses on my server?

Try to switch bind dns to ms dns. Maybe it will work better.

dear IgorG,

I try to set lots of settings than I upgrade Bind Server 9.7 version. But DNS server fails. than uninstall that, but now I have no DNS server. Plesk panel shows BIND DNS Server 9.4.2-P2-W2 but its not working. Firstly, how can I re-install or repair BIND DNS Server 9.4.2-P2-W2?
secondly, I cant set DNS settings, is MS Dns better than Bind? can you advice me

I cant say what is wrong there with BIND DNS now without investigation directly on your server. Try to install it back or install MS DNS. You can contact support team if you have problems with it.
