- ptr does the ip range owner for us
- we use one nameserver name for all domains
- spf online for the domain
- we don't use cname
 
Thanks all; still working on this, but I appreciate the help.
 
with cname it is one request more then with a

first it calls www.domain.com the answer is domain.com
then call domain.com and get the ip

with the a name it is call www.domain.com and get the ip

it is not such a big different...
