dns server not authoritative

Hi,
I need help, as i can't get my website to be accessible after setting up the dns setting. HOwever, i'm able to access it by using the ip address.

I use the dns url below to check:
http://www.checkdns.net/quickcheck.aspx?domain=www.videonewmedia.com&detailed=1

Error message:
-----------------
DNS server ns.videonewmedia.com[72.167.143.71] is alive, but not authoritative for domain 'videonewmedia.com' and didn't return SOA

Could this be due to the 72 propagation period or some other issues?

Please help.
