DNS Settings missing

I cannot find the DNS Setting in Websites&Domain TheWebsite/Show More

The support at 1and1 can't find it either

I am running version 12.0.18#73

I hope someone can point me in the direction of how to get it showing please

I suspect 1&1 don't give access to this setting on their servers, or at least the subscription you're on. If you have full root & admin rights to a complete 30 domain server for hosting then I suspect they've either deliberately disabled or missed a setting (if this is the case it would affect everyone on the same package I would think).

Either way it's down to 1&1, no blame. I say no blame because many providers like to limit functionality in the name of security, support either don't know or play dumb about this.

I would ensure that BIND is installed on this Plesk server.
