Is it possible to do in Plesk 12.5 GeoDNS or load balancing between the DNS servers?

At the moment it is not tested and implemented from Plesk side. You can try to do it by yourself and submit feature request here - https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions
