DNS zone serial number format issue

We are using microsoft DNS instead of Bind dns for plesk for windows 11.5
We checked to Use serial number format recommended by IETF and RIPE however, all domain SOA created by plesk is not using that format but 2 single digits instead. Any way to fix this?

I have checked and found that all works correctly according to http://download1.parallels.com/Plesk/PP11/11.5/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-customer-guide/65185.htm
I see serial number in YYYYMMDDNN format.
I can't understand what do you mean "but 2 single digits instead"?
Could you please show screenshots?
