well, if you still want to stick to swsoft's solutions, you can get plesk expand: http://www.swsoft.com/en/products/plesk/expand/

with it you can have a centralized dns server for all your servers

otherwise I guess you would have to create your own system to add a domain into your dns and also set it up on the plesk server
