Issue Docker extension 1.6.4 - ports manual mapping not working

Arek H.

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04.3 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.55 Update #2
hi

It appears manual port mapping is broken in current version of docker extension - here on freshly loaded mysql 8.1 official docker image I am unable to select ports it should be mapped on after disabling automatic mapping.

Has anyone else had this experience and is there a solution to this at all?

Thank you all for stating that there is a problem. But what did you actually do to mitigate it? Just stating that something does not work won't help others to assist you in solving an issue. Did you file a support request with Plesk support for example? Did you provide steps to reproduce the issue? You can also file a detailed report in Reports if you believe you've found a bug. Personally I can recommend to contact Plesk support, because normally these cases are just a matter of settings.

If you bought your license from a reseller, your reseller should provide support for you. If the reseller does not provide support, here is an alternative:

Hello peter,
1. Try clearing and reinstalling the Docker extension, as suggested in another blog.
2. I have searched and studied the Extension Manual Using Docker
Many things described there do not appear in my Plesk panel,
3. I watched this video where it shows you that it's extremely easy
Like everything in Plesk
it's all. and in my plesk panel appear different.

But i can use console terminal, i use Debian 10, and have more than 9 plesk licenses active and on 9 server is identical situation, i can watch the logs, if you have any suggestion. The licenses I've tried the same procedure on are admin and pro, Thanks

my reseller no offer support free for plesk panel. I will be very grateful for any help you can offer
