• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi all,

I enabled "Doctor Web Anti-Virus" on my email address (for incoming and outgoing mail). It seems this was a BIG mistake.

Since then, I've been getting THOUSANDS of emails identical to this:
The Doctor Web Anti-Virus has found viruses in the e-mail coming from "[email protected]" to your address. The message was deleted.

I disabled the Anti-Virus on the emails, and it still sent them. I recreated the email and it still sends them!! I've had to disable the email until I can fix this now.

Any know how I can fix this?

Thanks.

Matt

I'm having the same problem except I have 30 thousand emails now to delete... How do you update Dr. Web?

It is a problem with DR.WEB update. Apply to SWsoft Inc., for a patch it is about 5 mb.
