Documantation setting up mail

i will set up som mails for some domains one for me and one for my sister and one to a friend on diffrent domains.So far so good but i hope i can get help in some documantations on PLESK to configure mail.

Is there documentation on this issue?I cant find it in the folders i downloaded from PLESK
