Input Does anyone actually enforce the GPL of the Linux kernel?

Hello everyone,,

I recently bought an e-ink tablet called Onyx Boox, from a company called Onyx. After joining the r/Onyx_Boox subreddit, I found out that the tablet is using a custom version of the Linux kernel, without releasing the source code to it https://100001.onl/ https://1921681254.mx/.
As far as I know, this is a clear violation of GPL. Onyx is ignoring all requests for the source code, which makes me ask the question: Does anyone actually enforce the GPL of the Linux kernel or can a company like Onyx continue to freely use their custom Linux kernel without ever releasing the source code for it??

Are sure that you are on the right forum? This subforum about Plesk Onyx but not about Onyx tablet.
