The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release. -
The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

It does but it’s not really useful and you better find a contact a SEO company to help you increasing your rank and visitors to get your website on google search first page, i dealt with a SEO company once when i wanted to publish my site and make it visible on google search because it been private for years, my friend told me that it’s not enough only to make it public to be visible on google and i need a SEO promotion, as i know SEO promotion is not that cheap, i searched online for SEO promotion companies and ecommerce services cheap company, i paid a bit more but in few days my visitors highly increased.

No bro plesk main help for you is automation. But for the DA and PA of the site I would say you should download Mozbar extension and it will tell you Da and PA of your site. For competetors backlink research for example this site, you have to buy ahrefs. Simply add the url of your site in it or your competetor in it and it will show every thing you need.
