Just wondering cause everytime I look here there is no support personnal replying. that is not a good way of doing business and supporting your customers.
 
do we even need to ask ?? it seems like they only visit once in 3 or 4 months even then no proper rectification for anything

The SWsoft Online Forum has been open to allow our customers to assist each other with questions regarding the use of PSA and Plesk software. Although it is monitored by the SWsoft staff it is not our intent to address support requests from within the forum. Any support requests should be submitted through our Online Support Form.

If you have questions then I suggest that you check kb.swsoft.com for answer, witch is very good, or you can ask other users in the forum, or submit a support ticket to the SWsoft staff.
 
Just compare this with cPanel or Helm forums, there is an awesome difference.
