Question Does the SOGo email extension support the password recovery option?

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64

When in SOGo webmail extension general preferences, I dont see the password recovery tab to set this up? Is password recovery supported in Plesk SOGo? If so how can I enable it?

Hey, Robert. The password reset/recover function of SOGo is not supported. Therefore, the 'Password' tab has been disabled by our team. If a password reset is needed, you can either manually change the password or use the "Password reset link" from Domains > example.com > Mail accounts > [email protected]
