  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domain Aliases deactivated

Powie

Regular Pleskian
On my PLESK 11 with the latest MU, 4 domain aliases and 1 subdomain are deactivated. theres no reason why.

If I try to reactivate these domains, plesk reports:

2012-09-08T20:18:29+02:00 ERR (3): Unable to activate the alias: The target domain is suspended.
2012-09-08T20:18:29+02:00 ERR (3): Some of the selected domains or aliases were not activated.
2012-09-08T20:18:29+02:00 ERR (3): Unable to activate the alias: The target domain is suspended.

But the target Domain isn't suspended and works fine.

Try switching off and On the target domain name through SHELL and then you can try activating the subdomains+aliases.

/usr/local/psa/bin/domain --on domain.com

This issue has occurred because the backup or restore process is performed with the 'Suspend domain until backup task is completed' option or 'Suspend domains until restoration task is completed' option enabled. I can recommend you following workaround for this issue:

update domainaliases set status=0 where status=2;
