Domain does not display after Change Owner

Hi

I used the Change Owner function to move a domain between two client.
It seems the move went fine but the domain website does not display even after 8 hours.
The webmail.domain works but noting on the actual domain.

I also get an 404 error stating the url cannot be found on the server even though the domain and files are on the folder.

Any advice here?

Hi,
Was IP of domain changed after you moved domain between clients?
If yes, please, compare the following IP addresses:
# host domain.name

with IP address configured for domain in Plesk CP > Domains > domain.name > Setup. They should be the same.
Check it, please.
