Domain Does Not resolve after deletion and recreation??

Hi Folks
I have a dedicated server with windows 2008 and plesk 8.6

i have lots of domains installed on it.

For a reason i had to remove one of my domains and the re create it again , after that all worked fine but suddenly
after some hours that domain does not resolve to server!!!!!!

I type the domain and it looks like it does not exist at all!!!

All other domains that are in the same server and shared ip work perfectly , only the one i deleted through panel and re create with same name does not re solve.

Any Ideas??

i checked the status on psa.mdb and it had 2 times the domain with different id which in one of them the status was set to 2 i put it back to 0 again but still nothin.

I also checked with my domain provider and there is no problen from his site.
