domain.exe issues

we use the domain.exe tool to create our client domains.

However....when using it now in v8.2 -- we run into DNS issues.....

looking at the DNS Zone...seems to look fine....but problems exist.

- not being able to ping some things that normally work:
> mail.domain.com
> domain.com

Hi Brian,

Can you tell me domain name and full command you used for domain creation.
Also, check this KB article: http://kb.swsoft.com/en/765
And check what which DNS server is authoritative for this domain, it can be non-Plesk DNS server and this issue can relates with DNS setting in zone file stored on this server.
