• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Domain Limit?

I'm trying to add a domain to my client account but am getting a message stating that my limit is 30 per my license.

Is that correct - that there is a limit? I get Plesk from my hosting company - would they be the ones who control that?

I recently had a problem similar to that with web users - I got the message that it was over my license limit but in reality it was that the domain limits were met with the amount that the client had.

The error message itself was wrong - I alerted swsoft and they have a hotfix available for that in a couple of php files. you may want to check to see if your limits are met for the clients account and possibly either contact your provider or swsoft to clarify your license limits.
