Plesk Obsidian v18.0.77_build1800260518.15 os_RedHat el8 / Product: Plesk Obsidian 18.0.77 Update #3
In Plesk I go to:
  • A domain and select its "Logs" button
  • In the filter bar, upper left, I click the "From" dropdown
  • Click the "Prev Day" link to get yesterdays logs
  • Choose Apply
  • Nothing happens
The logs shown are still the most recent. The date filter does nothing at all.

Am I doing this wrong? What am I missing here?

@websavers , the "Prev Days" option should filter out the logs starting from yesterday and onwards. So, still seeing the most recent logs is expected as long as the older logs are filtered out.

Hey @Sebahat.hadzhi

Thanks for the update! That explains why it wasn't doing much of anything.

That's a bit of a weird control to have there, no? Plesk automatically doesn't show older messages without manually (and constantly) clicking "Load More"... that makes having a "From" date filter pretty well useless.

For example if I want to see logs from yesterday, and I specify "From" date be yesterday at 3am, nothing happens because it's still just showing the latest messages. I then need to constantly click "Load more" (like a hundred times) just to get back to yesterday's logging.

If there's going to be any date filtering, it would be much better if it could be used to specify a date range in which to see logging between.
