• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Domain points to wrong folder?

Hello everybody!

I have a problem that's been bugging the hell out of me since I cannot solve it.

The problem is, that if I add a domain by adding a new subscription the domain points where it should, but if I add a new Customer and give him a domain, that domain will point to the "master" domain aven though the preview will show the default Plesk page and I'll be able to log in to the FTP to the right folder.

Also, when I'm adding the Customer, I have only the Shared IP option. Any idea why?

Example:
www.smart-ad.si <- "master domain"
www.odhodki.si <- a domain I added as a customer so it isn't working.

I've already ran:
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-server
/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/httpdmng --reconfigure-domain <both of them>
...but no cigar.

Any ideas?

Thank you and 'njoy!

Thanks for the answers, but I don't really get it.

I created a customer, then assigned the domain in subscription to him, but the customers domain still points to the "master" domain.
