Domain Problem

I have a domain set up on my server,

It has unlimited space, unlimited traffic, everything is unlimited. However, in the domain report, it says it has used 100% of its allowed HTTP traffic, and is unaccessible from the internet, pings, and ns lookup.

we solved the problem last time by deleting the domain, then adding it in again, but 3 days later, the problem occurs again. has anyone else had this? does anyone know how to fix it?
