I have put in 3 different tickets and the issue of domain not properly being removed is still occurring.
It's a nightmare to manually have to go through PSA database and correct DNS entries.
Sometimes this does not work and I have to delete records, and user names in windows.
If you search the forums you will see users constantly having this issue.
Mostly the cause seems to be DNS mismatch and some times other problems.
Can some tool be created to automatically take care of these issues?
Clean out any trails left over from a domain?
I ran into this problem again and I don't want to pay 400.00 to renew support on a ticket I opened 3 times.
