Domain restoration

Hello everyboby! some days ago I found one problem in process of restoration fomain from backups:
we create a customer with subscription on hosting server with plesk 11.0.9 and upload a dump to server repository from hosting server with plesk 9.5
then try to restore via gui, after some time process of restoration finish without any errors, but nothing is created(databases, mailboxes, web-content).
In pmmcli.log there is no any errors, and everything looks fine(process of restoration began and ended without problems)
But nor webcontent or databases were not created
Via console the results was the same
Also we note that plesk did ask about some conflicts and ip resovlings, it just begin restoration but restore nothing.
We restore domains successfully and this problem appeared without any reasons!
Can anybody suggest anything about this?

Restore the domain name content manually! That is typical of plesk

Manual restoration is good)))) but we liked automatic process of restoration which was working fine, and suddenly stop its functionality)

Plesk restoration is one of the most UN-predictable features they have ..You can never know when it will work and when it will fail ..If you have less than 10 domains to restore, you are better off manually restoring than googling for solutions and troubleshooting ...(You will not get a clear-cut solution)

Ok it is not a great problem for me to restore 1-5 domains manually, but it is interesting why this anomaly appeared and how to struggle against it. Hosting panel like Plesk won't work like this, it is abnormal. I was wondered when I found some unresolved threads with the same problems:

Ussually when something doesn't want to work there is some errors in logs which indicate to the source of the problem, but in our case in logs everything is OK and successfully, and really nothing OK.
