Domain stuck on suspended even after unsuspending

Hey guys,

Transferred plesk server to another.. Now customer domain is stuck on suspended and does not want to unsuspend even after I entered the command and enabled active on plesk..

/usr/local/psa/bin/domain -u example.com -status enabled


Please advise as soon as possible. Thanks
 
You can delete this post guys, it seems dns was pointing to the older address in cloudflare. my apologies.
