Domain suspended by administrator

Hello.
For unknown reasosn my domain has been suspended by administrator. Although I have unlimited use of resources it has been suspended. Now I get my clients for my business through this site. For last five days it has been down and I can't get any help anywhere.

Could anyone help me please and tell how can I unsuspend domain?

Every time I try to make some modification through Parallels Plesk Panel (Web based) I get error message: "Permision denied"
