Domain Templates and Limit settings error

I have a particluar domain template that throws an error during setup. The account sets up fine (after you proceed past the error) and I have several sites on it. However the limits do not match the domain template settings and Plesk will not allow you to change the limits for disk space (which is set to 0?), MySQl, SQL or mailboxes, etc.

I need to setup MySQL, change the disk limits etc. and cannot proceed.
