I host slick-hosting.com for a friend of mine and when he try and log in to plesk using the user name and password i created for him i get Error: Login is incorrect.but i can ftp in using the same login info. so i know im using the right login info. any idea how to fix this

Just try to update this account with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/usermng (--help option for details)
