Domains and Abonements broken

hey,
sorry for my bad english...

after upgrade from plesk 12.0.18 to 12.5.30 on CentOS 7 i can't configurate a domain.
all options (aps, mail, file manager, SSL etc.) are not editable, the forms have empty buttons and the header is not correct. i have screenshots attached.







how can i fix this?

# plesk repair installation

yes i have tried, no change
