Issue Domains can't reach to the server

Hello, we have a server1 running great with nameservers ns1 and ns2, last week we are mounting the second server with we are trying to use ns103 and ns104, but the site/domain can't reach to the server, i can access the server with IP and direct with nameservers, but when accessing the domain in browser it say an error like ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED, the only thing that is working to access the server is the nameservers and IP. Sites doesn't work. What i have to do?
