domain's FTP accounts not activated

Hello,

I've been using your plesk solutions for many years but it's the first time it makes me this :
I have two servers (1 managed for a long time and 1 new dedicaced), all on Plesk 8.2. When I put a new domain on my first one, it automaticly create a working ftp account for this domain (if I check the box of course) but on my dedicaced server nothing happens...
I've changed the pass many times, tested with another domain on this server : nothing work. My only working account is my root account created by Plesk or my Hosting compagny when I buy this server.

Can anyone help me for this ?

(PS : excuse me for my bad english, I understand it very well but I'm not fluent )

Perhaps I had not explain very well before ?
So :
I cannot create FTP account associated with a domain on my Plesk 8.2 (Plesk create it, store it in its DB but the FTP account is not functionnal !)

Ok guys, I 've reinitialised my dedicaced server with an CentOS 5 + Plesk 8.3 and all works fine now.
