Domains locked problem

Hello,

today we had an issue with one of our Plesk Servers (latest Updates installed)
2 Domains were LOCKED (and so the website unaccessable) - and I was NOT able to unlock them with Plesk Panel ... I had to unlock them over CLI ...

How can that happen?!?

(Backup of those sites was activated with 'disable domains during backup' - but the last backup job did not show any error ...)

It's really difficult to say what's happened without troubleshooting, logs investigation and so on. Contact Support Team if you can't do it by yourself.
