Issue Domains with big Letters

Dear, why plesk panel 12.5.30 accept domain names with big Letters as Domain.com ? This makes problems in other systems expl. DNS etc. Why plesk not with php a string_to_lower ? Please change this, that a new domain creating can only enter with lower letters as domain.com
