Resolved don´t add a domain

hi,

i can don´t add a new subdomain or domain,
Fehler: hosting update is failed: f2bmng failed: ERROR:__main__:Command ['set', 'plesk-apache', 'addlogpath', '/var/www/vhosts/system/ghost.example.com/logs/error_log'] failed with error DatabaseError('database disk image is malformed',)

i had problems with nginx at the beginning and could fix it, now i can't add any more domains and it comes this error. it seems to be an apache problem

and this in th console:

Looks like an issue with Fail2ban for me.
Please have a look at this: Fail2ban jails not activated: NOK: ('database disk image is malformed')
