DotNetNuke Perms problem?

Hello all...
got my first ever dnn install on my w2k3 Plesk 7.1 for windows server up and running.

thing is, I can NOT change any perms for any folders files - nothing?

why will Plesk not allow me to change anything within that domain?

surely there's some dnn folks here who'd know?

Here's the error message....

Further, when in the File mgr, and I try to upload a file to one of the dnn folders...here's the error I get --

Unable to upload ftb.imagegallery.aspx to /httpdocs/Providers/HtmlEditorProviders/Ftb3HtmlEditorProvider/ftb3/ftb.imagegallery.aspx: filemng cp failed: Unable to set the object (\\?\C:\) owner: (5) Access is denied.

Why is that? I'm a "superuser" admin on the site...

sigh...

does NO ONE know this? or where to find out what might be the matter with using Plesk and dnn together....

c'mon....someone even have a pointer to who WOULD know?

nevermind...

paid someone to do this....but shame on SWSoft for not at least pointing me at the answer....

makes me think I should reconsider WHY I use Plesk...
